Our Return Policy
Please note that all orders are final once processed. No refunds will be issued after an order has been processed.
All customized orders are final once processed. Due to the personalized nature of these products, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after completion. However, if the item arrives damaged or broken, customers must notify us within five (5) days of receipt to report any issues.
For non customized items, exchanges are available for damaged products within a 20-day period from the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please provide photographic evidence of the damage along with your order details.
